Avior's center of excellence for composite fabrication is based in the Granby facility and employs over 60 skilled people. This growing capability is central to Avior's strategic development. Watch for the introduction of expanding capabilities and capacity as the company positions itself as a leader in composite manufacturing in Canada. Carbon, Kevlar and Glass fiber are used by Avior for several configurations and applications. The thermoset matrix (Resin) such as Epoxy and Phenolic is selected for the service temperature, cure cycle and environmental conditions.
