This oven bakes superior quality pizzas because it offers the advantages of a traditional deck oven or of a brick oven because it bakes directly on stone and the advantages of a conveyor oven because of its automation. No matter the quantity of pizzas you cook per hour, you will always obtain the same baking quality without having to hire an experienced operator to cook the pizzas.
